What is your favorite treat?

No matter how good you eat, cravings never go away. I am a chocoholic and find myself craving warm brownies with a scoop of ice cream and warm fudge over the top.

How often do you lift weights and how often do you do cardio?

I love mixing up my exercising regimen. Whether it's finding new classes to try, hiking a new peak, or signing up for a new race, I just love to move. I try to lift weights at least 2-3 times a week, with cardio in between.
