Momstrong is about creating confident, healthy, and strong women who feel beautiful in their own skin. 

As women, we are all mothers, no matter our circumstance. We have the ability and gifts to influence those around us in a positive way. Here, you'll find access to training packages, inspirational stories through #themomstrongproject, delicious and nutritious recipestips on living a holistic and healthy lifestyle, and some of my adventures of motherhood. about me

As a pediatric nurse, athlete, and personal trainer, I've always had a passion for health and physical fitness. I've come to realize, however, my love for health surpasses the walls of a hospital or gym, and first begins within the walls of our hearts and home. Being healthy is living in balance. Fueling our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs equally creates a happy, strong body and mind.
