Dump Ranch

I got this #dumpranch recipe from @wholesisters, and have been obsessed ever since. I love it on everything- salads, with veggies, and do I dare say with pizza...? Once you make it, wave store-bought ranch goodbye. 


1 egg (room temperature)

1 cup "light" olive oil

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

1 tsp. real salt

1 tsp. pepper

3/4 tsp. onion powder

3/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 c. full fat coconut milk (*I have used "lite" and it has still been delicious*)

1 handful cilantro or parsley (or herb of choice)


Blend with an immersion blender for approximately one minute! Lasts in fridge for up to one week.... that is, if you have any left. ;)
