One of my all-time favorite post-workout protein smoothies! Easy to throw together, and never seems to get old. Give it a try!
1/2 frozen banana
1/2-3/4 cup almond milk, *you can always add more to thin it out
1 scoop vanilla @teraswhey protein powder
2 heaping spoonfuls (or Tbsp.) of raw peanut butter
1 tsp. 100% cacao
5-6 ice cubes depending on desired thickness
handful of spinach *optional
Blend in high speed blender until smooth! Enjoy while cold!
