A quick HIIT circuit for you today. Get it in!

15 sit-ups

15 weighted squats into press (I used 15# DBs)

10 commandos

10 squat jumps

5 burpees

5 push-ups

Repeat 3-5x through. I made it 5. Phew! Don't be afraid to push yourself a little.
